I took this class at San Diego City College in spring 2025 with professor Christopher Goodbout. The class was administered in person with mandatory meetings twice a week, 4pm to 5:30pm. The book used was Briggs, Cocharn, Gillett, Schulz Calculus early trancendentals Third edition, by publisher Pearson.

I took this class at San Diego City College in fall 2025 with professor Christopher Goodbout. The class was administered fully online with mandatory meetings twice a week, 5pm to 7pm. The book used was Nagle, Staff and Snider Fundamentals Of Differential Equations Ninth edition, published by Pearson. Important to note, in this class we used the Pearson online software for homemorks.

I took this class at San Diego City College in fall 2025 with professor Lan Hong. The class was administered fully online with mandatory meetings twice a week, 5pm to 7pm. The book used was Kenneth H. Rosen Discrete Mathematics and its Applications Eight edition, by publisher McGraw Hill Education.

Organization:

The organization of this notes is based on MESA-Program at City College Learning Culture adapted by myself to fit to a modern digital study workflow. Every page corresponds to a section, homework or chapter. In this class I did not create a section summary because the approach to each problem is unique, rather reliant of definitions. Lecture Notes section is lacking in content since the class had the lecture notes posted on the class Canvas page.

My autobiography

My name is Alexander Daumas, I study and tutor mathematics for the MESA center at San Diego City College. I was born in 2003 in San Diego, California but my family and I had to leave in 2008 because we lost our home. My family returned to Mexico and I completed all my education up to high school in Ensenada, Baja California -A medium sized fishing town south of Tijuana about 80 mi (129 km) from San Diego.

What is Math-Tech.org

It’s a non profit created for the development and further advancement of mathematics and to improve mathematics education. More than ever in resent time, has math proficiency been as low, this highlights a growing need for an intervention in to the way we teach math, but more importantly the way we understand mathematics, and the way we do math. To do math is to do applied philosophy in a way. It goes without says that the basic arithmetic math is simple to justify its study. The problem rears its metaphorical head once more abstract concepts are touched in the classroom. To have an understanding and desire to pursue this abstract subject one needs to comprehend what math even is, from a practical standpoint, but more importantly from a philosophical one.
